XHONELE Launches Next-Gen MOLDVOLT Drawer Cabinet

XHONELE, a specialist with over 15 years of experience in electrical cabinet manufacturing, has launched its next-generation MOLDVOLT Drawer Cabinet. This launch reinforces the company's commitment to evolving from a complete cabinet manufacturer to a dedicated technology partner, providing core components and unit cabinets for global power distribution systems.

The new MOLDVOLT cabinet introduces significant upgrades in safety, modularity, and maintenance efficiency. It is designed to meet the complex demands of modern low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, such as MNS, GCS, and GCK systems.

A key innovation is the enhanced safety interlock system. The cabinet's mechanism strictly adheres to the three-position principle (Separation, Test, and Connection). This ensures that the main switch can only be closed when the drawer is fully inserted, and must be disconnected before the drawer can be pulled out. This design fundamentally eliminates the risk of electrical accidents during operation.

The fourth-generation mechanism also features a self-contained locking device. Unlike traditional designs that lock onto the layered partition, this mechanism has its own unlocking device. This innovation solves common problems encountered during shipping and assembly, such as misplaced or incorrectly installed unlocking components.

To streamline maintenance and installation, the XH Measurement and Control Board adopts a user-friendly, up-and-down flip-type design. This allows for easy disassembly and early installation of instruments. Furthermore, the board can be shipped to the site after final confirmation of cutouts, preventing delays in cabinet delivery. On-site installation is simple, requiring only the opening of the drawer door to slot the board into place.

The cabinet also offers an optional anti-drop feature for drawer doors, which utilizes HT-7 large door hinges, HT-8 drawer hinges, and B cabinet unlocking door locks. This effectively controls the downward sagging of door panels, maintaining the cabinet's structural integrity and aesthetic over time.
