An Iraqi client, originally producing solid-insulated switchgear, learned about our insulators and electrical components online and arranged a meeting at the Canton Fair. During discussions, the client expressed the need to purchase handles for 8PT cabinets. Since we manufacture accessories for 8PT cabinet systems, we identified a synergy. The client shared that while producing solid-insulated switchgear, they faced high installation and maintenance costs, and lacked the components and technical expertise to produce independently.

XHONELE provided the customer with a complete upgrade solution centered on the MOLDVOLT drawer-type cabinet:

We proposed that our technical team could provide customized drawings and full technical support. After a week of communication, the client confirmed the cabinet specifications: 800*800*2200 mm, with 7 control drawer units at 63A, 250A, 400A, and 630A. They decided to produce one prototype cabinet and purchased 5 sets of components based on the same configuration.

To address their technical concerns, we provided a 3D installation video and SolidWorks drawings of the cabinet structure, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the assembly process.

As a result, the client has since placed consistent repeat orders on a quarterly basis.
